Wedding Planner

A wedding planner is with you from the word, ‘go’. Every element of your wedding day is covered, from the nitty gritty logistical things to the styling and aesthetic side of your celebration. Let’s not forget budget management, supplier liaison and everything in between! As wedding planners, we work from your initial enquiry right until the last guest leaves the dancefloor. Our job is to essentially ensure the entire experience is delivered seamlessly, without a worry in the world. You can find out more about our wedding planning services right here.

Venue Coordinator

To put it quite simply, a venue coordinator works for the venue. They will be your point of contact at the venue and the venue only. This is the biggest difference between a wedding planner and a venue coordinator – you can contact your planner about any element of your day (generally, at any time), and they will be with you throughout the process, while your venue coordinator will be working from your venue and will be able to assist with the parts of the day that include this. However, please note, this does not mean that a venue coordinator will not go the extra mile to make sure your day is special!

Your venue coordinator will also guide you through how to set up your room, how to utilise the spaces on offer and arranging the furniture for your ceremony and reception. You may also find that you have contact with more than one venue coordinator throughout your planning journey, but we always recommend getting to know the team.
