We can’t thank Natalie enough for all the help and support

Now where do I start, we can’t thank Natalie enough for all the help and support we had throughout the whole wedding process, from the planning (and replanning twice due to covid!!) and then throughout the whole day and beyond!
When we first met Natalie we were met with a huge smile, she made us feel so welcome and we knew from there on we were in great hands. Any worries and stresses of the planning process I know I could turn to Natalie for help and support about anything!! Nothing was ever too much.
Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail was next level. Our final meeting we met Natalie after probably over a year of just emailing and not meeting face to face due to covid, and it was like we’d had known each other for years and her warmth and excitement for us was lovely and it made us feel like it was actually finally going to happen, she’s forever reassuring and her passion for the job shows at every contact!
We dropped off all our stuff for our day on the Friday, and we walked away knowing we had nothing to worry about and that Natalie had it all under control and on Saturday we would have the most special day, and we certainly did!!
We can’t recommend Natalie enough, and no words can describe how thankful we are for all her help & support
